MLA Velu gives scholarship

Under instructions from Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin to

encourage bright students to do well in examinations, Mylapore MLA

Dha Velu had arranged a meeting to honour excellence in students

Students from 26 Government and Corporation schools who scored high

marks were awarded scholarship and those students who passed out with

distinction in tenth standard and plus two were given scholarship. Prizes

were also given to the teachers for their encouragement to children.

Velu addressed the students and urged them to focus their complete

attention on studies and scoring high marks. Many parents praised the

efforts of Velu in encouraging the students.
